Picture quality is top notch and the sound it puts out is pretty great for a TV.

I know there have been issues with this TV but I have not experienced any problems as of yet fingers crossed.

Panel went bad (discoloration) after 2 years

The panel went bad after just 2 years and developed a large green tinted splotch in the top middle area. Very distracting when watchin himan faces (eg news). I've never had a TV go bad in such a short timeframe. I've owned samsing, Vizio, and LG.

Save your money and buy something better

If you're a sports person it has terrible ghosting and blur of players running or throwing the ball. Also within roughly a week this tv wouldn't turn on 5 times and the only way to make it work was to unplug the tv from it's power source and plug it back in. The tv also froze and reset while trying to scroll through channels. I ended up returning this tv and exchanging it for the Sony x90j

Poor screen quality control.

Got that replaced by TCL, the new one, after about 1.5 years has a permanent grey dot in the middle of the screen and a large section of the left side of the screen has a dim gray hue to it. It's out of warranty now, so I'm out of luck. No more TCL for me.

Great TV, but mine had an issue.

I was working TCL support but it was taking awhile via email so I returned it before I wasn't able to.

Spend your money somewhere else

Also will not reconize sound bar or any other hdmi ports. Only solutions is to unplug tv from outlet and plug back in, which is really inconvenient for a wall mounted tv. TCL support was worthless and said sorry its out of warranty. Save your time and money and purchase another brand
