Good value TCL
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For a discount TV brand I have been very happy. The only issue is that it will sometimes get stuck on an app or connection. So you will be watching Netflix and it won't be able to switch over to Hulu.

Looks pretty incredible in motion with my Series X, and the viewing angle is the best I've seen. TBH I do not notice that this is worse than the OLED I have. I've heard about the panel lottery but this is my third TCL set and all have been fantastic.

Very poor quality control

This TV has horrible gray and black uniformity issue, especially in the corners. It's way brighter in the corners on dark scenes and not in a uniform way. No way to ignore it. Also the local dimming feature is awful. It causes serious halos around bright spots just like the rtings review said. In addition the the tv turns on and off by itself randomly. Even one of those issues would be enough to take it back really.

Newer, but not better.

Online reviewers warned of this and they were right. There's no true blacks with this set and the overall contrast and picture quality suffers because of it. We returned it and went with the TCL 75R635 which has far better black levels, and runs on the Roku platform instead of the Google TV platform.

Never buy a tcl tv.. bad quality
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Never Buy a TCL TV, I bought a 75 inch tv and it exactly lasted 30 months, Same happend with my friend who bought a TCL tv, it lasted for 28 months. I installed and never moved it and one fine day it went blank. bad quality tv's. Its not a coincindence that 2 tv's went bad within the same timeframe.
