You get what you pay for

The sound has to be turned up pretty high . We usually buy Samsung products but took a chance bc of the deal, and you definitely get what you pay for. We asked the difference in functionality and was told basically the same but with an Amazon platform. So that made set up a hassle. We tried to find the the tv on our phones in store bc screen mirroring was something we were looking for and was told that for security reasons, not all tvs would be visible despite the fact tha t every other Samsung was. Once we got it home and set up apparently you cant do that at all. If it werent such a hassle, they would have been returned.

Not Happy with how things played out.

But I did not have it for a month till it started glitching out. Not sure if it was the tv itself or was dropped by Best Buy during the delivery. And then I had a terrible time at Best Buy with this issue. So I took it as a loss. Definitely was not happy how it all played out. But unfortunately when you spend your money people don’t care to help.
