    Not Happy with how things played out.

    Tv was nice. But I did not have it for a month till it started glitching out. Not sure if it was the tv itself or was dropped by Best Buy during the delivery. And then I had a terrible time at Best Buy with this issue. So I took it as a loss. Definitely was not happy how it all played out. But unfortunately when you spend your money people don’t care to help.

    BUYER BEWARE!!! --stand width

    I carefully looked at specs because I wanted to put this tv on a 48" wide stand. The specs clearly state stand width is 38" so I figured " no problem". Tv arrived and i unboxed and set up stand and it quickly became apparent that it would not fit as stand width was actually about 50"! We called and spoke to several customer service agents who said our only recourse is to box it back up and return to store. we had already paid to have tv delivered. We like the tv and figured they could offer to send a wall mount but they offer no compensation! We now will have to buy a wall mount and go to the trouble of mounting -- which we had not planned on. You can bet we will not be buying it from best buy!

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. For this 75 inch TV, the feet spacing to fit on a stand is 50.5 inches wide and 13.7 inches deep. It is compatible with most stands and wall mounts that support a 300mm x 300mm VESA mounting pattern. Hope this helps!

    It’s nice and big but honestly it’s crap.. my streaming services are constantly glitching out picture disappearing. I’m not impressed. I wouldn’t waste your money on a TCL. I bought this one because my last TCL tv that I bought 1 year ago crapped out!!!!!!!!!

    It took a month get my tv delivered they gave me one time but then came 4 hours earlier and

    cracked but bestbuy replaced

    First pickup was good, but I got home and the TV was cracked. Best Buy was super helpful getting me a replacement!!!!

    remote controller issue

    Remote controller is not working. Trying to replace the remote controller and i have purchase three of them to turn on the tv. nothing is working.... I am planning on returning the tv since universe remote isnt working

    Absolutely had a horrible experience with this TV. It froze up, and would kick me out of my different streaming services and restart the tv.

    Forced ads and ads on the remote.

    Forced advertising on the remote. Netflix, Disney plus etc buttons on the remote. Buttons on the remote. Can NOT be disabled. Also significant amount of ads on the home screen.

    Great picture and sound. And a great price. I use it as a monitor to play movies and shows over the internet. The remote was flakey and without the remote, you can do nothing with this TV. We called TCL customer support and after walking us through diagnostics they determined that the remote was indeed bad. They sent us out a new one and all is well.

    I got this on a flash sale for $350 on Christmas Eve. The picture is very good and the colors are outstanding. The Fire TV interface is pretty quick.
