    cracked but bestbuy replaced

    First pickup was good, but I got home and the TV was cracked. Best Buy was super helpful getting me a replacement!!!!

    remote controller issue

    Remote controller is not working. Trying to replace the remote controller and i have purchase three of them to turn on the tv. nothing is working.... I am planning on returning the tv since universe remote isnt working

    Absolutely had a horrible experience with this TV. It froze up, and would kick me out of my different streaming services and restart the tv.

    Forced ads and ads on the remote.

    Forced advertising on the remote. Netflix, Disney plus etc buttons on the remote. Buttons on the remote. Can NOT be disabled. Also significant amount of ads on the home screen.

    Great picture and sound. And a great price. I use it as a monitor to play movies and shows over the internet. The remote was flakey and without the remote, you can do nothing with this TV. We called TCL customer support and after walking us through diagnostics they determined that the remote was indeed bad. They sent us out a new one and all is well.

    I got this on a flash sale for $350 on Christmas Eve. The picture is very good and the colors are outstanding. The Fire TV interface is pretty quick.

    TCO TV 75 in beautiful picture sound is great has features on it of more expensive TVs I'm very pleased I got a great deal Best buy best you can get had a great price

    I like shopping at Best Buy the people are very nice when I got my Apple Watch the person was very nice and when I got my tv from the drive was very nice I was thinking about another tv a 70 or a 75 inch tv
