    Purchased a 75" tv exchanged it about a week later for an 85" tv, same brand. They gave me expert advice and recommendations. They were polite, knowledgable and had the best deal. Everything went as plan and they delivered and picked up according to appointed agreement. JUST PERFECT! P.S. the brand of tv isTCL

    I'll Never Buy Another TCL Television

    I will never buy another TCL again. I've only had it a couple months and have had to contact TCL three times and it still hasn't fixed the issue. It's too late to return it to Best Buy. When you use the remote and click on something, it is slow, slow, slow to respond. Sometimes it never does respond. Oh, yeah, and then 10 minutes later when it finally decided to catch up to all my clicking attempts, it went crazy and started going through all the different icons like a ghost was doing it. I told their customer service on my third call with them, just please send somebody out! They won't. I guess this is what I get for thinking I could get a 75" TV for $600. I've had $3,000 TVs in the past but took a chance with this one trying to save some money and based on the good reviews. Never again.
