Luckily, they sent us a new one and had the broken one picked up from our house on Wednesday. We like the TV itself

A bright screen

TCL Flat screen

The box was very misleading and had the box not been a challenge to get in my car I would have returned it. The box says it has 120 refresh rate, and 240 gaming mode. When I actually looked into the specs its only 60hz which is very disappointing. I bought this tv during the Black Friday deals when the store was in a frenzy and they were down to the last one which made me think this was a great deal and what I was looking for.
