    Horrible TV

    I bought a Toshiba from Best Buy less than a year ago, it went out. I did the exchange which was a nightmare, I just had them deliver the new TCL QLED 75 inch tv last saturday, so not even a full week. I am watching tv tonight, then out of nowhere the tv literally just starts tweaking on me and goes out. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and some troubleshooting, but it is fried. Not even a week old. I have 2 Samsung tv's both over 4 years old still work perfect. This TCL brand is very cheap and the product is garbage, I am very irritated with Best Buy, I may honestly stop doing any business with them because they are full of excuses and do very little to help the customer. Two bad tv's now from Best Buy. Not good. I definitely won't recommend them or the tv brands I bought from them. And I called and on the recording, it says they offer 24-hour support, which is a lie, they have specific hours you have to call to get a live person.

    Terrible. There is no way to discribe how annoying this Tv is. If i can meet the sales guy who convinced me to buy this Tv i will be really mad at him

    Had this TV for a little while now and it is extremely glitchy. I've called and reported it, and I've tried everything they've recommended. Nothing works. It's just glitchy.

    Slow unresponsive interface

    Awful awful awful. I would take it back but Best Buy won’t let me. Even though it’s less than 60 days. The picture/sound seem fine(I’m not picky). But the interface is virtually unuseable. It takes 2-3 secs after you push the remote button for anything to happen and then sometimes it just freezes for awhile. I have another tcl tv and I’m perfectly pleased with it, but it has the Roku interface. This one has the google interface and it stinks.

    Absolutely awful UI

    The Google TV UI on this TV is absolute garbage. TV constantly hard freezes, requiring unplugging to get it to respond. Apps constantly crash that don't crash on my Roku TCL televisions. Live TV channels aren't listed in numeric order and are intertwined with the free "Google tv" channels. At least it looks nice.

    This tv was ok but ended up returning. The picture was grainy and also had backlight bleeding.

    The tv has an issue were it flips color pallets and also has no audio when watching tv, or any app based show more than 80% of the time, Best Buy would not allow a return so was stuck with it.

    Cheap but Junk TVs

    Cheap TV but warranty process is a nightmare. TV OS seem to get slower and slower older tv’s are too. I’ve purchased about 20 TV sets. When you have an issue with new tv customer service is HUGE pain. I don’t normally take time to write review but have had issues with multiple sets and warranty is junk. Roll dice with cheap TV or spend money on something with a little better quality.. Some tvs have red and green verticals line. Others freeze up for no reason.

    Picture was great, but TV was slow to change apps right out of the box. Eventually TV froze on startup at each use and had to exchange it. Credit to Best Buy for making it easy to exchange.

    Terrible TCL because of Google

    Worst TV I've had in years. So slow to respond to any button you select. Takes up to 10 seconds to change channels. Want to watch a replay? You have to back up about 30 seconds before the picture and audio clear up enough to watch. TV acts like it has no signal even though it's showing 4 bars. I blame it all on Google TV. My ROKU TV's which TCL use to have are all better than this. If this TV cost more than $100, don't buy.

    Nice picture but go a different route

    Its turns in and off on its own at tines. The sounds isnt that good. The menu is very clunky and slow. I would reutrn it if it wasnt such a pain and past the time frame. I would recommend a different tv

    Inaccurate TV size

    Although I love my TV. I just measured it and it is not a 75-inch TV, it measures 65 inches and the other TV that I ordered measures 55 inches instead of 65 inches.
