    Delivery went smoothly. Install was pretty straightforward. I have a soundbar hooked up to the arc input and it asks me to setup the soundbar every time i turn on the tv, even tho i’ve gone thru the settings multiple times. Also, the arc does not pass volume display to the tv except for mute. Though minor, very annoying to me since i replaced my last tcl for similar hdmi issues. Prob gonna be my last tcl

    Great picture, TV always starts muted and the mutes itself randomly and every so often the TV resets itself out of the blue. Would probably not buy again

    Working great at this time! Disappointed that Best Buy could not take my old TV down and install this one. Also that Best Buy could not install this one unless I bought a new TV wall hanging set since my older one was rated for up to a 101" TV noting I bought it and the last TV from Best Buy. GO FIGURE!!!!!

    bought this tv before moving, waiting 3 weeks to set it up so the house was ready, picture looked great until whole tv went black and is considered defective. best buy wouldn't take it back so had to go through TCL Warrenty Support which makes you jump through hoops.

    Great TV/Frustrating Delivery Experience

    The television is amazing (highly recommend it, especially at $699), but the delivery and installation experience has been quite frustrating. First, my delivery/installation window was 12/3 between 7 AM - 10 AM. I received a text on the morning of 12/3 to confirm. However, the delivery team did not arrive until around 5 PM. Upon arrival, I was informed that the Best Buy essential mount would not work because my studs were too far apart. The team promised to return the Best Buy Essentials mount and I ordered the correct mount in the store. My television was installed the following day. However, it has been over a week and the installation team has not returned the Best Buy essentials mount so I can obtain my refund. Despite multiple calls, discussions with chat support, and pleas with the installation team (I have their direct number) this issue remains unresolved. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I wish someone would just return the mount and refund my purchase. I honestly wish I would have just returned it myself, but I thought Best Buy's installation team would return it to Best Buy. I figured they had to return to the store to pick up new delivery items so I left it in their hands.

    Product came with issues

    TV came and one pixel on it was damaged. From time to time when I turn on the TV the apps will "blink" nonstop and I am not able to watch the TV. The only way to fix it is to turn it off and then back on again. Will not buy this TV again. Unfortunately Best Buy has a short return period. It's hard for such a large item.

    Turn on problems

    I am facing problem with after, sometimes when you need to turn it on it will not respond any you need to plug it from power and plug it in again and it’s annoying that such expensive tv and we are facing this issues

    Open Box TV missing Legs and Remote

    Bought it as GOOD open-box. Came with bubble wrapped TV that only comes with power cord. No Legs or Remote. Call Best Buy three times wasted hours on the phone with many CSR. They told me I have to return that TV back to the store or purchase a universal remote. Driving back to store is like 50 miles and 3 hours which is ridiculous. Now I am stuck with a TV without legs and remote. I had my best buy account for two decades and bought many stuffs. This is the worst experience. I will not give anymore business to best buy. BYE for good.

    Picture quality is great. I bought this tv for action and sports but the motion is bad. Things I'm motion always have a blurry outline around them. Balls in motion look terrible.

    Overall not a bad tv some content is better than others. Had to change many settings to get it right. Some motion settings are hit or miss. Shipped color settings were pretty off.
