    I was excited to get this tv, but that all changed when I got it home and started watching some sports with it. I have since returned it for an LG QNED Mini Led and am much happier.

    Great panel. Great picture quality. But bad/slow processor. Pictures do not process quick enough. It lags most of the time. Tv is slow. Had to return for a Sony tv

    TV went black screen on December 27, 2024 with sound after purchase October 2024. Did enjoy tv before it died. Maybe this tv was an isolated issue. TCL sending repair tech which seems like it will not be fast.

    I like my new TV but it's not working right. The picture and sound keeps blinking off and on. It seems to be doing it more and more. It's taking a week for a technician to come out

    Was great out of box for a couple weeks. Then noticed lagging on faces some. Gave it a chance still. Came home from date night and sitter said the tv color was doing something funny. Changed apps to watch something else. Still color was discolored. Took it right back. Do not recommend. You get what you pay for. I now have Sony Bravia mini led. Hands down best tv ever.

    TCL worst customer service and product

    I purchased this TV and had it professionally installed / set up. IT has not worked correct since installation. I tried to return it but it was during the time BB changed it's Total Tech return policy so out of luck. I have been in a battle with TCL support and it's painful. They are the worst. No service, multiple promises without a solution. Best Buy has not been able to help as they say I now need an RMA. I will never never purchase a TCL TV again. Even the BB staff agreed with me on this. What a waste of money - Stay clear of TCL.

    Picture is good, but sound quality and setting adjustments are faulty. sound goes in and out after about 3 months. picture glitches in and out and I am now returning it due to streaks in the picture.

    The worst TV they will be able to buy in their lives, I made the purchase of this TV in the BB store, and they sent me a used TV, with someone else's account and information. Then they changed me for one of the same brand and it was damaged within 3 days of bringing it. 0 recommended... Don't spend your money, time or energy on this TV.

    No box no remote and it was showing good condition on line ,they gave me a sound bar remote with TV and condition was definitely not good because it has scratches also

    II was so much ready for the enjoyment of this new purchase that was delivered on the first week of September. Unfortunately, the initial powering up and configuration to begin enjoying has brought nothing but a disgusting headache! Now I’m dealing with the manufacture that I have accumulated over four hours on the phone with different reps to solve, also, they have put the tv through warranty claim which is taking way longer than should-it’s a defective product end of story. I am so not happy one bit.

    Great TV. But… Terrible pickup service waiting over an hour, after being told the item was ready for me. I made multiple attempts to contact the store manager to express my complaint but I was not responded to.

    I own Samsung and 3 Tc. L, roku, this is the worst for watching TV I've ever had. I didn't pay attention. Because I bought it for my son. He plays games on it. This is okay. It's two point one I can't watch it so bad.Don't buy this

    Stopped powering on after having it for 2 weeks and doing a software update. Best buy wouldn't let me return it bc they count the day of purchase and not the day I had it delivered. Delivery was delayed twice
