    NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER- can’t talk to manager in store

    Not sure since my tv was delivered to another state! Then I had to drive 30 miles to get it straighten out since I could not talk to someone about the mistake. Keri in Panama City, FL location got it corrected. Now the installation guy call and told me it would be another $50 to plug it in and set it up to make sure the TV works. Seriously!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

    I instead purchased a 65” worked out just fine installed it myself picture quality is great

    I PURCHASED THIS TV 3 WEEKS AGO AND THERE ARE NOW SQUIGGLY LINES THROUGH IT. BEST BUY IS REFUSING TO ASSIST ME DUE TO THE 15 DAY RETURN WINDOW. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN

    I got the TV and I was broke and I think they handle it poorly. They’re giving me a new one, but they’re making me wait longer than they should.

    Haven't got it yet. Not until 9/15/2025. Ridiculous that it takes 2 1/2 Weeks to be delivered and instaled

    Easy to install and amazing picture imo. Use it for watching movies with wife. Also the built in speakers are actually pretty good.
