    Web browser is non existent. Has some reset up issues.

    Poor customer service (corporate)

    TV works great, but it took over 3 weeks to get delivered. Spent 4 hours on the phone with Best Buy’s customer service and because it was stuck on an “out for delivery” status, they could not help me. When I requested a refund, they advised they can’t refund the TV since it says it’s on the truck. No complaints on the TV, but would recommend picking it up yourself and avoiding the customer service team of Best Buy. The delivery drivers were extremely friendly and really made a bad experience better.

    Maddening set up and would not purchase again

    The picture is great. Only two stars for the absolutely maddening set up and smart phone requirement. No paper set up instructions as well. The entire process extremely unnecessary.

    Picture Quality Poor

    Unfortunately very pixelated and blurry on some pictures. Sporting events do not look good on this TV. Colors are dull. Picture quality looks very poor and like on an old TV. Returned it for an LG OLED and very happy with that instead of this.

    Customer service great, tv not so sure.

    Not sure how many stars i should give. Had the tv delivered and as soon as we pulled it out we saw it a crack at the bottom of the screen. I personally returned it to my local store. Phone and in store customer service was excellent, swap out for a new one. Got this new home and within a week it would shout off on its on constantly. I thought it maybe a setting problem reset sleeper and standby modes but these didn't help. Called customer service again great customer service. Now waiting on delivery of new one. Will see.

    NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER- can’t talk to manager in store

    Not sure since my tv was delivered to another state! Then I had to drive 30 miles to get it straighten out since I could not talk to someone about the mistake. Keri in Panama City, FL location got it corrected. Now the installation guy call and told me it would be another $50 to plug it in and set it up to make sure the TV works. Seriously!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

    BEST BUY IS A FRAUD

    I PURCHASED THIS TV 3 WEEKS AGO AND THERE ARE NOW SQUIGGLY LINES THROUGH IT. BEST BUY IS REFUSING TO ASSIST ME DUE TO THE 15 DAY RETURN WINDOW. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN
