    Picture is great!!! But any kind of action scenes the picture gets really pixelated. But keep in mind this is an inexpensive TV.

    Brought home 1st tv which was broken upon opening box. 2nd tv delivered to replace 1st was not even the same brand of tv, 3rd tv delivered to replace wrong tv delivered to replace original broken tv was finally correct... This one appears to be working.

    TV works great, but it took over 3 weeks to get delivered. Spent 4 hours on the phone with Best Buy’s customer service and because it was stuck on an “out for delivery” status, they could not help me. When I requested a refund, they advised they can’t refund the TV since it says it’s on the truck. No complaints on the TV, but would recommend picking it up yourself and avoiding the customer service team of Best Buy. The delivery drivers were extremely friendly and really made a bad experience better.

    The picture is great. Only two stars for the absolutely maddening set up and smart phone requirement. No paper set up instructions as well. The entire process extremely unnecessary.

    Picture was great for a few weeks, then it got a little fuzzy, as long as your far away line like 10’ or more picture is fine, but the closer you get to it the fuzzier it gets. If I could return it I would.
