    Its a good TV but the resolution is not great I thought since its a QD mini it would be brighterand clearer but overall its a good tv for the price

    Unfortunately very pixelated and blurry on some pictures. Sporting events do not look good on this TV. Colors are dull. Picture quality looks very poor and like on an old TV. Returned it for an LG OLED and very happy with that instead of this.

    Customer service great, tv not so sure.

    Not sure how many stars i should give. Had the tv delivered and as soon as we pulled it out we saw it a crack at the bottom of the screen. I personally returned it to my local store. Phone and in store customer service was excellent, swap out for a new one. Got this new home and within a week it would shout off on its on constantly. I thought it maybe a setting problem reset sleeper and standby modes but these didn't help. Called customer service again great customer service. Now waiting on delivery of new one. Will see.

    Audio ends up delayed from the video constantly

    I have only had the TV for 3 months and I am already having consistent problems with the audio quality. The Audio ends up delayed from the video for about 1 second. The customer service from TCL is a Horrific "AI" program that is more frustrating than the delayed audio.

    NOT HAPPY CUSTOMER- can’t talk to manager in store

    Not sure since my tv was delivered to another state! Then I had to drive 30 miles to get it straighten out since I could not talk to someone about the mistake. Keri in Panama City, FL location got it corrected. Now the installation guy call and told me it would be another $50 to plug it in and set it up to make sure the TV works. Seriously!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

    I had a TCL I bought in 2022 and after the best buy rep kept trying to tell me it wasnt a good TV when I work in AV and know televisions. I bought it and it was great. Everything i could of wanted, 4 years later i had no idea how much better this tv was going to be but its aboustely phenomenal. Puts my old TCL which i paid 400 dollars more for, and that that was a 65 inch. This is a 75 inch, puts my old TV to complete shame. I adores my 65 inch TCL, but i have way too many TVs so i sold it on Marketplace for 300 bucks in about 2 days and boom. Now i have this glorious TV for only 300 out of pocket. (Paid 600) Would recommend this 75 and TCL to anyone.
