    Duped by Geek Squad and broken tv

    Bought TV and Geek Squad came with a broken tv and I still don't have my tv and it's been over 30 days. No call when I will get my tv that I paid for. TV was broken when they open the box on my home delivery.

    It is unfortunate to return this promising TV in that it falls well-short in up-scaling over-the-air broadcasts, especially when viewing sporting events such as football. However, the out-of-the-box colors are spot-on with well-controlled blooming control.

    Awful BestBuy customer service

    I know this review is suppose to be for the TCL TV and if I had received the tv would be willing to provide feedback. However, at time of purchase I was never told the TV was on backorder, now almost a month after purchase and payment I don't have a TV or expected delivery date. Will not use best buy again in future as other stores don't seem to have these issues.

    At the beginning we noticed that there was lots of lag, ie.e tracking when watch sports. Have set the motion settings but still lags. Recently the tv randomly turns off and on without any prompting. I wish I had returned to BestBuy immediately

    I received my tv the box looked good when i was finally able to setup the tv the screen was busted from the inside.couldn’t get help on the phone asked to speak to supervisor was told they would call me back because no supervisor was available had to drive to the store. Then received a phone call from a supervisor from Best Buy online he was rude and pretty mich told me to return the tv and go somewhere else to purchase it

    Low end TV which over promises. The picture quality is sub par and the build of the TV is cheap, I returned it an bought an LG G4 which is nothing sort of amazing and would steer anyone looking to buy a high end in the LG direction.

    bought the TV 25 days ago scheduled delivery and setup 10 days after purchased but found cracked screen after mounting. Now I have to wait until 9/11 31 days after purchased for remount new TV and not sure what happens next.

    Great TV, Great price

    Amazing TV, Great buy. Went in with the mindset of buying a different TV, but Brad took his time and explained the difference between the two. Brad was amazing and knew his stuff. I was very impressed with his knowledge and able to convey that to me. If you are in the market for anything electronic, contact Brad Borneill at the Cascade station Best Buy - He will steer you right!

    The delivery was great. The TV looks very good and after calibration the picture quality is very good. Unfortunately the only place to put it in my apartment has two big balcony door whick produce a lot of glare and this TV brightness is not strong enough to overcome that. At night it could be 4 and half stars, just needed to be a bit brighter for more pop.
