DO NOT BUY

The functionality of the apps and “smart” features are ABSOLUTELY horrendous. If you want your TV to run like a ‘95 Mac constantly freezing and skipping then this one’s for you. YouTube tv, fandango pretty much anything you want to do does not function properly. Constant freezing and screen jittering, audio works fine screen doesn’t, it’s awesome. Me being positive thought trying a new tv brand would be good, boy was I wrong. Stick with Samsung, Sony, lg. absolutely regret this purchase. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I’ve had Samsungs and LG’s for 15+ years never had problems until this TCL.

Slow/poor picture

Replaced a 5 year old TCL Roku tv with this TV and it’s been nothing but problems. When you hook it to a surround sound system, the TV doesn’t display the volume on the TV (there’s no fix) doesn’t open Hulu 90% of the time, extremely slow, picture quality is worse than the 5 year old TV was.

Duped by Geek Squad and broken tv

No call when I will get my tv that I paid for. TV was broken when they open the box on my home delivery.

Promising but fails to deliver

However, the out-of-the-box colors are spot-on with well-controlled blooming control.

Awful BestBuy customer service

However, at time of purchase I was never told the TV was on backorder, now almost a month after purchase and payment I don't have a TV or expected delivery date. Will not use best buy again in future as other stores don't seem to have these issues.

Broken

Then received a phone call from a supervisor from Best Buy online he was rude and pretty mich told me to return the tv and go somewhere else to purchase it

TCL comes up short.

The picture quality is sub par and the build of the TV is cheap, I returned it an bought an LG G4 which is nothing sort of amazing and would steer anyone looking to buy a high end in the LG direction.

Disappointed with BB

Now I have to wait until 9/11 31 days after purchased for remount new TV and not sure what happens next.

Have set the motion settings but still lags. Recently the tv randomly turns off and on without any prompting. I wish I had returned to BestBuy immediately

And there are a whole list of picture settings - from basic to more advanced, that can be independently configured for each input / streaming app. Numerous apps, and streaming services, and the OTA reception is excellent. Well worth the price, and if purchased on sale it is a tremendous value

TCl km6k is crazy good for the money
