    TV not delivered due to sales agent

    The item is not delivered today because the wrong address was added by sales agent in sales order. There was no followup message from delivery team. Later, I was chatting with Best Buy agents and they have transferred me to the virtual agent. And that virtual agent is not able to give a right solution. All messed up. I did not get my TV and I am not satisfied. I am still in the air what to do.

    Sadly, got one with a defect

    Unfortunately, I happened to get a TV with a defective OTA tuner. Had difficulty tuning even local stations, and those were pixelated. Other TV's in the house can "find" over 70 channels. The TCL found less than 40, and again, those were pixelated. Called support, and they only wanted to blame antenna. Told me that because there was a return window, a tech could not be sent out. and advised me to return. And, returning is a huge hassle with the size of the box. Although this TV has excellent reviews about the picture quality, I never got to finish set up, and check it out. I decided not to exchange, because of the difficulty of mounting, and task of returns if I encountered another defect. Very disappointed.

    Overall nice TV for the price, with one exception

    The pros: This TV has excellent, deep blacks, with less blooming/ haloing around bright objects that our '23 TOTL Sony. Picture is very bright, colors are good (although greens seem a little muted). Only con: motion handling. I noticed this when panning across landscape scenes there was stuttering. Tried to adjust that out and got smearing in other scenes. I was able to A-B it to a cheapo Hisense it was replacing, and the Hisense actually handled the motion better. Almost returned it for this reason, then came to the conclusion I wouldn't get any better for the price. Lastly, I expected more from the B&O sound included, but it was about the same as others. One highlight- the included, backlit remote. Even got the same remote w/ a 50" QM5K. Nice.

    Inhabe been waiting for this tv to get in stock in the 75 inch size. Finally was able to purchase this tv and got it delivered. Can’t heard any volume out of the tv until i get to level 36 and the picture quality is not what i was specting

    Not worth it to buy!

    The TV was delivered with a cracked screen and we have been trying to get a replacement now for over two weeks and the customer service at Best Buy has been horrible. I am sad to see how bad the service has gone down with Best Buy. Honestly I am at the point where I don’t want a replacement anymore.

    It was an open box, bust supposedly in great condition. When I arrived to look at the quality the remote was missing and there was a chunk of plastic missing from the bottom of the TV.

    I have really enjoyed the new TCL QM75. I was having a hard time deciding between the QDLED and OLED. I know the OLED was a slightly better picture but for the $600 price difference the mini LED was very close. We just use our TV for watching TV and Movies. My wife has been having a few eyesight problems and the additional clarity has really made a difference to her

    This was an excellent purchase for us. The price was right for us on an early Black Friday purchase. The size is just right at 75 for the area it was going to mounted on. The quality of the picture was more than we expected. The colors are vibrant and picture is Cristal Clear! The sound is by far louder than any other tv we had owned. It includes 2 base speakers in the back and the speakers are also located in the back. The weight on this 75 inch is not heavy at all. We opted to use a larger bracket for mounting on wall for better security and stability. The overall quality,design, and performance is very impressive. I recommend this tv for all sports fans . The frame by frame quality is amazing for following a football on a throw. You don’t get the blur behind the football itself.

    4 stars – because Graham deserves it We originally worked with Graham at the Virginia Beach Best Buy, and he was absolutely phenomenal. His customer service was top-tier from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly explain the TV specs, picture quality, sound differences, and what to look for when purchasing a high-end TV. He made sure we truly understood what we were investing in and helped us confidently choose the TCL 75” QM7K Series 4K UHD HDR QD Mini LED (2025 model). Graham was knowledgeable, patient, and professional. If you’re shopping at the Virginia Beach location, ask for him! Unfortunately, the experience at the Chesapeake Greenbrier location was the complete opposite. Because the TV wasn’t in stock at the Virginia Beach store, Graham sent us to Greenbrier to complete the order and pickup. The day before our Super Bowl party (which we were hosting), we arrived to pick up the TV — only to be told it had been accidentally placed on the wrong truck for installation at someone else’s home. For a TV of this size, price, and demand, that level of carelessness is unacceptable. We had already rented a U-Haul for pickup and had someone scheduled (and paid) to mount it. The U-Haul had to sit there for two hours while we waited, costing us additional money. Instead of the TV we purchased, we were given an open-box 98” TV as a temporary solution. The quality was nowhere near what we selected, but we had no choice due to the timing of our event. We were given a $100 gift card, but that hardly covers the inconvenience, additional rental costs, and stress — especially the day before hosting a major event. Two weeks later, installers came to correct the issue, but then stated they didn’t realize how heavy the TV was or how high it needed to be mounted, and that they would need additional installers. The appointment had to be rescheduled. It has now been several days, and no one has contacted us to complete the installation. We are currently sitting with a 98” TV in our home that still has not been properly installed. To summarize: • Graham at Virginia Beach = Outstanding service • Greenbrier execution and follow-through = Extremely disappointing I truly appreciate Graham’s professionalism and expertise. He did everything right. The breakdown happened after the sale, and that’s where major improvement is needed.

    Great tv. Delivery smooth, including instructions for possible return without saving boxing materials. Superb setup and amazing performance. Very easy! Best Buy very easy to deal with and tv is best for the money. Very happy customer. Plan to buy same tv for my residence up north.

    Love the mini-LED screen and the light up buttons on the remote. Took alittle bit to get the display settings exactly as needed for the room as there are so many options to set the levels for, but after about 3 days have a terrific picture quality.

    My new TCL 75" QM7K is great! A tremendous upgrade from my 12-year-old Vizio in every way. The picture is bright and colorful, and even the built-in speakers are much better than what you'd expect from a flat panel TV. look forward to getting many quality years from this purchase!
