  • Will not connect to wifi

    I have had this tv for 24 hours now. It was connected to my wifi. Now it has disconnected and keeps saying invalid password. I have unplugged the tv for at least 60 seconds. I've done the same with my router. I have reset both and checked my password 237 times. Still can not watch anything or let my kids watch any of their shows. Worst money spent so far.

    This was an open box -good condition but did not have a box, remote, stand, and was dirty. It came wrapped in bubble wrap with the manual taped to the back of it. I thought that it should have been marked in fair condition

    I am still sufferring from my TCL TV. The worst TV by far. So many problems with connectivity and browsing speed. In short, you get a very cheap TV for the price you pay with no after sale service. Customer service is unhelpful and wont offer much help or remedy other than “try to hard reset the TV” and “We will esclate the problem to a senior tech” that never actually calls back.
