    This manages a 2 star review for a good, not great picture... which is what I expected. Unfortunately, the TV has to be unplugged multiple times a day to "reboot" the "smart" part of the TV. If you'd like to watch a football game, F1 race, or UFC Fight Night without rebooting the TV, this isn't the TV for you! Like all TVs audio is less than stellar, you'll want a sound bar with sub at minimum.

    Good screen quality with shiny picture, easy system configuration that you can link with your google home. But sometimes system freeze

    Less than a year and a half after purchasing the picture keeps getting darker, no matter the picture mode I use. I have brightness turned up to 100% but indoor scenes are too dark to make out. I would avoid TCL

    Not the best. Very delayed. And some apps just won’t load anything I have to Google cast form my phone for certain apps

    I have had TCL tvs before but this one is a flop. Every app consistently freezes or crashes. It does not connect with Google home. I have done everything from factory resets, reinstall apps, upates, etc and it still has many issues.

    I am havinh problems with my brand new TV. Delay when using the remote, you cannot mirror your phone to this smart TV. I was gone for 4 weeks after i got the TV and now I'm passed the time to return

    I thought it was a ROKO TV, which is much easier to navigate. Google TV not compatible with Apple.

    So I've had the tv over a year and any sports events have a lot of buffering issues. Also the sound is suspect at best.

    I've had it less than a month and it's messing up. the sound randomly just stops working alond with the remote. and the surround sound stops working, I have to unplug the tv and plug it back in after a couple minutes!!!!!!

    Salesman told me no problem on streaming a channel that I get with Roku but now can’t get with google platform so watch out if you have Roku now and get a tcl with google

    I’m extremely disappointed that 6 months later my tv freezes up daily and periodically kicks me out of apps and reloads a lot for no reason. I have Starlink internet so it’s NOT due to poor WiFi connection. I’m extremely upset and wish I could exchange it for a Samsung, which is what I originally thought I ordered.

    I hung the tv and unfortunately it was broken.. the price was good, but i never got a chance to enjoy it. Best Buy came and picked it up with no problem.

    The tv stopped working 2 days after the 14 day return policy. The manufacture warranty people suck , after sending them pictures and videos. They still have not done anything for us!!!! Absolutely ridiculous, made us jump through hoops, and still nothing ! I am not happy at all, also not letting this go !!!!!

    Decent picture, bad "smart" features.

    The picture quality is fine, especially for the price. The Google TV functions are so slow that it causes issues with browsing and playback. The TV crashes and freezes regularly and has to be physically unplugged to be reset. This is a low quality product. The fact that they'd sell something that barely works has eroded my trust in this store and the brand. I will not be making any more purchases at Best Buy.
