    Never had more problems with a TV. Extremely slow/laggy. Randomly screen will go black. Have bought TCL TVs for years, but this one makes me never want to buy one again.

    I bought this for my birthday and 2 days after i have been watching this it started to go bad, you could hear the people talking but their lips was not moving and also when objects were moving fast it be blurry. It has the highest resolution to fix that but didn’t

    We have other 4 other TCL TVs with Roku. This TV is so slow and lags so much. It is so difficult to change the channel and takes forever! We avoid watching TV in our bedroom to avoid having to deal with this non sense

    The worst TV purchase ever. It can barely process anything. You click down and 4 seconds later it moves down. Not only that but even the sound to movement is off . And ANYTHING on resume, don't even try

    Beware of open boxes

    Never buy something advertised online without looking at it in store. The ad said open box. When we got there, it had no stand, no remote and no box. It cost another $100 to get a working tv.

    This TV is trash I made the mistake of buying it before going on vacation installed it after I got back hated it vs my Samsung 75 inch couldn’t return it now left with this piece of junk, do not buy no matter how cheap

    This TV has a brown smear on it 27 days after purchase, do not purchase!!!! Best buy customer service dis the right thing and gave me a full refund even after I forgot the power cord

    Good bargain

    I needed a bigger TV to watch movies from my couch that made me feel like I was at the theater. For the price, its perfect. Picture is good. There were only two things I am not too fond of, the location of the bolt ons for the wall mount, they're more towards the bottom of the frame than the middle like I've had before, so I had to redo my bracket. The other issue is the usability of the menus. Its not bad, just a little confusing at first. Although I'm use to it now, its still a little irritating to navigate. For the price, I can deal! It has some great features and I was able to connect my Steam account and Xbox controller to it to play games from my gaming PC! Its a bit laggy, but I just need to adjust some settings.
