    I had to exchange the original one because of a visible cloud on dark backgrounds. I had no problems with the support team when reporting the picture issues and was replaced in a timely manner.

    Sometimes it takes a while to get clear picture Has a white blotch X on screen while warming up and black and you can see it sometimes during the movie when the screen gets dark
