    Did not take the item out of the box for 3 weeks as I purchased the TV for when my living room renovation would be complete. Turned it on and the TV made a loud electrical sound. Went to exchange the TV for the same one but Best Buy has a terrible return policy… wouldn’t exchange or allow return. Tv is useless with the loud sound. Got ripped off and the manager was zero help.
