    Slow . Weird way to access’s to apps . Mean slow.

    This tv is to slow . Every time that you start it . It takes minutes downloading all the apps . And info . If you not in a hurry of watch ir . Better turn it 2 or 3 minutes before is working .

    It’s okay, for the price it’s decent just don’t look at it from any angle as the color changes and picture blurs.doesnt work with surround sound as it constantly goes in and out

    Don't buy, keeps locking up on me. The picture is great, just unfortunately the TV system sucks. Very glitchy, always locking up, I have had to unplug this TV now probably 20 times within 6 months to be able to use it.

    Internal speakers went out tv turns off by itself and won't turn back on unless u unplug it and plug it back

    TV Lags!

    This TV lags so we are returning it. We have very fast internet so that is not the issue. I tried a bunch of things that did not work: Put it in Game Mode Restarted the TV Closed all of the Apps We have never had a TV lag before. I am going to give one more of these a chance but if continues to lag we won’t keep it.

    This product was falsely advertised to do 4k at 120 hertz not the case. it was also supposed to do 220 hertz game acceleration and 440 motion which was not at all the case for the 85q650. They had a team go to Bestbuy to change the ad

    The 3.5 mm audio port was dead. Remote commands were VERY slow to take effect. We could not connect my head set via blue tooth. No "User Guide" was provided either in the box or online. There were no bolt holes provided to mount the TV on the wall.
