    Slow . Weird way to access’s to apps . Mean slow.

    This tv is to slow . Every time that you start it . It takes minutes downloading all the apps . And info . If you not in a hurry of watch ir . Better turn it 2 or 3 minutes before is working .

    Pray you do not need TCL customer service

    TCL Customer service is very bad. The TV is good when finally working - as best the Geek Squad has been able to determine, my TV has buffering issues. 10's of emails and phone calls and providing videos to TCL, TCL service paying a visit to our home - that person reported in writing that the TV should be replaced. TCL has not complied with that assessment, instead, they keep asking for more videos of our TV's performance which we have provided multiple times already., TCL customer service keeps asking for additional performance videos and information that we have repeatedly provided. In my opinion, their goal is to get past the 12-month warranty period so we can have no warranty claim. beyond frustrating. while polite the TCL customer service reps are disrespectful of our intelligence on the issues, and their condescending communications with us.

    It’s okay, for the price it’s decent just don’t look at it from any angle as the color changes and picture blurs.doesnt work with surround sound as it constantly goes in and out

    Don't buy, keeps locking up on me. The picture is great, just unfortunately the TV system sucks. Very glitchy, always locking up, I have had to unplug this TV now probably 20 times within 6 months to be able to use it.

    Internal speakers went out tv turns off by itself and won't turn back on unless u unplug it and plug it back

    Only problem was the HDMI ports 1 and 2 would not work had to use the ARC PORT.
