Not worth it.

It does not connect to Apple airplay. It is extremely slow lags. The google home app doesn’t even connect to the tv half the time. Or you’ll use the remote thought the app and it’ll just stop working and say the full remote feature is not available. I’m just extremely disappointed overall.

Broken NEW IN BOX TV

Needless to say, not a good brand. Went with Sony instead. I’ll give that one 5 stars. This one would get 0 if it was an option.

Not happy with this tv

The dark areas are very pixelated and some shows have color distortion that I cannot live with. Especially not for over $900. It was a great purchase price but not enough to live unhappy with the results. I recommend possibly the q7. I wish id taken more time to research ahead of purchasing.

Don’t recommend Most likely it wasn’t on Best Buy for the situation to happen. It was probably caused due to the movers based on the size the TV but the brand of the TV is amazing but the shipping was probably the issue

not impressed.. I wish I bought a better model.

Extremely buggy and laggy operating system.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While it would have been a great value if everything worked as intended, especially with the great brightness and dolby vision, but the operating system is simply not usable. I've had to constantly experience the following issues 1) extremely laggy, slow, buggy software with wifi also disconnecting (half the time google home can't detect the tv on the network. i have to turn on the tv with the remote for the wifi to turn itself on so google home can control the tv). Even when plugging in a roku setup or another chromecast dongle, there are still issues with sound, color inversion (namely blues turning orange for some reason), and black screens. extremely slow loading and buffering too. 2) the sound randomly turns off at times and i have to hard reset the tv 3) sometimes colors invert on their own on the tv. also requires a hard reset. I've been in communication with TCL customer service over email and despite so many reviews indicating the same issues, they still have not updated their operating system since november 15th, 2023.

Larger and clearer than life!

Some Good some Bad

I had to purchase another Roku streaming stick (4K) in order to get it synched with the Roku remote (old one would only adjust volume and off, but wouldn't work with on. Also when I went to add my sound bar, the TV volume wouldn't work from either the TCL remote or the Roku remote. It would only work with the sound bar remote. I have recently purchased 3 other TVs (Hisense) which also use Google TV and have not had any of these issues.
