    This TV lags so we are returning it. We have very fast internet so that is not the issue. I tried a bunch of things that did not work: Put it in Game Mode Restarted the TV Closed all of the Apps We have never had a TV lag before. I am going to give one more of these a chance but if continues to lag we won’t keep it.

    This product was falsely advertised to do 4k at 120 hertz not the case. it was also supposed to do 220 hertz game acceleration and 440 motion which was not at all the case for the 85q650. They had a team go to Bestbuy to change the ad

    The 3.5 mm audio port was dead. Remote commands were VERY slow to take effect. We could not connect my head set via blue tooth. No "User Guide" was provided either in the box or online. There were no bolt holes provided to mount the TV on the wall.

    Horrible TV. Was laggy and buggy from day one. Purchased in November 2034 and it crapped out on us by March 2024.

    Worst experience ever with Best Buy, they postponed my tv delivery twice so I went to store today and the exact tv is in stock at the store!

    So disappointed. This tv is not at all what I expected. It does not connect to Apple airplay. It is extremely slow lags. The google home app doesn’t even connect to the tv half the time. Or you’ll use the remote thought the app and it’ll just stop working and say the full remote feature is not available. I’m just extremely disappointed overall.

    Not happy with this tv

    Im returning my tlc 85 q6 asap. The dark areas are very pixelated and some shows have color distortion that I cannot live with. Especially not for over $900. It was a great purchase price but not enough to live unhappy with the results. I recommend possibly the q7. I wish id taken more time to research ahead of purchasing.

    Broken NEW IN BOX TV

    I bought this tv and when I got home the tv came broken so I called Best Buy then I went back got another one and that one was broken too. Needless to say, not a good brand. Went with Sony instead. I’ll give that one 5 stars. This one would get 0 if it was an option.

    It is still in the box as best buy will not install any more..well not the big tvs that you need help on

    Broken. Don’t recommend Most likely it wasn’t on Best Buy for the situation to happen. It was probably caused due to the movers based on the size the TV but the brand of the TV is amazing but the shipping was probably the issue

    Incredible slow lag.. Roku TV is better/simpler/faster.. Has dimming issues.. Has slight color issues.. Has motion blur issues sometimes.. remote does not light up. Remote not customizable w/ buttons. Overall.. its incredibly slowwwww...
