    TCL TV -Don't buy

    TV died within a month. Best-buy told me that TCL was one of the better affordable TVs but I am regresting falling for their advice. TLC Customer care has been taking me round and round. First, they took me through a 2-hour call diagnosis for what the problem is. Then, they made me take videos and pictures of the TV. Then after weeks, they sent a TV repairman to replace circuit boards in TV. Did not resolve. They are still asking for evidence of purchase. This is crazy. Imagine buying a TV, dies after 2 weeks, a month later you are still waiting for resolution. Weird! Never again!

    When watching live tv, i went to turn the volume up and the picture would freeze up everytime i pushed the button on the remote.

    The lag on youtube TV is awful. My wifi is running at an optimal level, and football is awful to watch. Netflix works fine, but youtbue TV does not work well.

    Delivered 2-15-25 and screen went black on 3-31-25. Best Buy no warranty and TCL has me on the phone for a couple hours. Still no repair plan

    Worst TV Ever!!!

    BUYER BEWARE!!! Absolute Garbage! TV never worked out of the box. Best Buy claims it's not their responsibility. So went to TCL. They give you the run-around, make you take videos to prove it doesn't work, then they schedule w/ a repairman, which took 4 weeks to schedule. Then repairman claims parts will take 6-8 weeks to then replace the motherboard. So if you can go 3+ months without a functioning TV, buy a TCL!!!!!

    I owned it for u der 90 days and it blew up. They waana fix it not replace it and i have the added warranty. Horrible customer service. Stick with the brands you know and trust. Becuase this whole process was a waste of time and a headache.

    Every time the use have no audio, i have unplugged ad. Plug back…so annoying…call customer service, no answer, answer machine…i leave a message NEVER CALL BACK…VERY UNHAPPY…

    Forced to buy from Amazon!

    I canceled the order. It wouldn't fit in my truck plus it was raining. Best Buy wanted $100 bucks to deliver so I canceled the sale.

    Manufacturer does not support the products. They will find anyway to get out of supporting or replace defective TVs.

    Terrible. Lines started in the tv within 20 days of having. Best Buy was no help as it was 15 days out of ‘their policy’

    Really nice TV

    Overall, I really like this TV after a little over a month. It has a great picture and a lot of features for the price. Only issues I have had are using eARC and surround sound (5.1) with some of the Google TV apps. The eARC issue could be because of my older Yamaha receiver but I abandoned it in frustration and switch to the digital output. I also found that some Google TV apps don't send 5.1 audio. For example, Hulu would only play in stereo but if I played the same thing on a FireTV stick it was 5.1. I reached out to TCL support on both issues but didn't get anywhere. I was eventually told it was in the return window and to return it. Again, overall, really like it.

    Extremely happy with this purchase. Great image quality for the price. Set up quick and simple. TCL had so far been one of the best in regards to tv's with google tv built in.
