Six months old and the TV stopped working. Press the power button and the backlight turns on but screen remains dark. Bought the 2yr warranty from Best Buy and they won't attempt to fix the TV without TCL authorization. TCL wants me to ship the TV back to them. Can't move the TV myself or attempt to get it in my vehicle alone. Don't buy TCL or get the Best Buy Warranty. Complete waste of time and money.

Nice tv but it often has no sound when turning on for the first time in a week. Frustrating issue when you go through the process of finding the show you want and there is no sound. Unplug/plug in and turn back on usually fixes the issue.

I am highly disappointed in this TV. This is the worst TV I've ever owned. It is extremely slow we keep deleting the cash so it will free up memory and it'll run a little bit faster for a day or two but please do yourself a favor and do not get TCL TV. We have a 65 inch Samsung and it's a thousand times better

1 year and 10 days after I bought this the TV turns powers on but the picture does not. I tried every possible reset known, and still, no good. I got a lemon, but after 1 year the TV does not work. Contacted TCL, and of course so it's out of warranty so they won't help. Probably will bot but this brand anymore

TV died within a month. Best-buy told me that TCL was one of the better affordable TVs but I am regresting falling for their advice.
TLC Customer care has been taking me round and round.
First, they took me through a 2-hour call diagnosis for what the problem is. Then, they made me take videos and pictures of the TV. Then after weeks, they sent a TV repairman to replace circuit boards in TV. Did not resolve. They are still asking for evidence of purchase. This is crazy. Imagine buying a TV, dies after 2 weeks, a month later you are still waiting for resolution. Weird! Never again!

If you have xfinity be aware, doesn't have and does not allow the xfinity app to be downloaded onto it. Insane, what a waste and can't return. Now I have to "rent" an xfinity box for $14 a month because of this crappy brand. Never again TCL.
