Really nice TV

It has a great picture and a lot of features for the price. Only issues I have had are using eARC and surround sound (5.1) with some of the Google TV apps. The eARC issue could be because of my older Yamaha receiver but I abandoned it in frustration and switch to the digital output. I also found that some Google TV apps don't send 5.1 audio. For example, Hulu would only play in stereo but if I played the same thing on a FireTV stick it was 5.1. I reached out to TCL support on both issues but didn't get anywhere. I was eventually told it was in the return window and to return it. Again, overall, really like it.

Easy and great

Its Big

I went from a 2009 Insignia 55 inch TV to this. Truthfully I thought it would be brighter and crisper. It’s my first 4K tv and I didn’t realize that you have to pay extra for 4K. (Really how many years has 4K been out and programs are still just HD?) So I’m sure if I could see 4K it would be more impressive. I had it delivered by Best Buy and they overcharged me for sales tax. Hopefully someday I’ll get that $30 back. A TV at half the price might have been sufficient for me. Hard to believe but that 2009 55 inch Insignia cost double what this TV cost lol.
