    I ordered this tv the first time and it started malfunctioning within a week. When I went to return for a new one, they didn't have any in stock. It was a huge pain of going into the physical stores multiple times and a multitude of pointless phone calls with no resolution, but after a ton of wasted time I finally got a replacement. The replacement has worked great however. Customer in store was great, customer service over the phone left something to be desired.

    This was a gift for myself and I picked good. This TV has everything I wanted and then some picture quality is amazing and so is the sound I bought a PlayStation with this and I am loving it

    This has been great for the first 5 months. purchased black friday and had it delivered in January. In June it started to have issues where the sound would turn off on its own then the picture would turn off on its own. We would power off and it would fix its self but it is real inconvenient. the picture is beautiful in the store but not all channels and movies look like that.

    My first TCL purchase and will likely the last

    This was my first TCL purchase and will likely be the last. The box is fine and the picture is pretty good, But the software is a deal breaker though. It's very buggy and needs to be reset multiple times to maintain a stable environment. Apps like ESPN routinely crash. The sound and audio frequently become unstable. If not reset, the picture will degrade and ghost. Since we use streaming platforms, it's not a very good product. Our Samsung sound bar worked for a while and also has stopped working properly. If you have cable TV it may work for you though.

    Purchased two of these and it has been worth the money. This unit does what many other units will do for less money. The resolution has been excellent for the price.

    The tv has an amazing picture and I love the size of it. Only thing that bothers me is the graphics. When there is a lot of movement in a scene no matter if its on Netflix or regular antena channels. You see small square pixels. Like if it struggles to capture those fast movements from the scene.

    Tv picture quality is ok but the google tv experience is terrible also the processor on the tv is lagging specially for the price I paid I wish it was Roku tv instead I had to put the tv in app mode for it to be usable

    It take a lot of tweeking with the calibration, but overall a good TV. Just don't compare it to an Oled.

    Very fragile and don't bother with the warranty

    Incredibly fragile. We had the TV less than a month, a childs backpack keychain struck the TV when it was powered off, no one thought anything of it. Turn on the TV the next day and the LCD is damaged (front glass shows zero damage) and the picture is ruined. Best Buy warranty does not cover accidental damage. Over a thousand dollars burned as the manufacturer does not sell the panels independently for a repair.

    tv lasted 2 years before it started flashing horizontal lines. i will probably buy another TCL because overall i've had better luck with them than LG or Samsung.

    15750 Shady Grove Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20877 shop and its personnel gave me the wrong information on a promotion. The manager tried to make a return but the system not let him. Customer support simply told me that manager did not wanted to do it in a proper way. So its between me and the manager... It was my 1 and the last experience with the Best Buy.

    Worst Tv I’ve ever owned. Picture keeps blanking out and then coming back on. Sound intermittently scrambles making it unwatchable. When you can see the picture the quality is pretty average, on par with an entry level set.

    Bought this large 85 inch TCL tv to replace my older one. The display is really amazing, very thin bezel all around and it was easy to hang on the wall. Love the TV+ free contents, no need to sign in or setup, its just there available as soon as I connect the TV to the internet. For gaming, this giant TV can run 120hz refresh rate on my PS5 and Xbox series X, the new game bar feature shows FPS in real time and can take snapshots anytime during gameplay. The price for the size and the quality is unbeatable. I definitely would recommend this TV to anyone looking to buy a large TV like 85 Inch.

    Great TV for picture and set of features! Very happy with this purchase and I am now switching my preferences with tvs from Samsung to TCL. Samsung is still a good brand in my book, but I like the Google system built in the the TV., I've gotta go with TCL.
