Sound cuts out, no help from TCL nor BestBuy
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought 2 months ago, Best buy wont help, TCL Just jerks you around. I made 8 calls to them, and send over 20 emails with attachments. The representatives are sweet and courteous but totally not helpful. How can Bestbuy sell products that dont help their customers and refuse to intervene.
