    Not a fan of the tv especially the 85 inch with the matt cover plastic over it. You never get that pop on the picture especially watching during the day. At night not as bad. Sounds is really good though.

    TV is not as good as the first Samsung 42’ I bought back in the 90’s. And then to deal with Best Buy for returns is a terrible drawn out experience that Best Buy can’t seem to understand their bottle neck, or possibly they want it to be so painful you will give up! Be diligent, patient, and follow thru. You as well as any consumer deserves care and satisfaction.

    Can’t really say. They cancelled my delivery, hours before delivery, gave me inconsistent reasons why, refused to answer my calls after leaving 3 messages, and forced me to go back to the store to reschedule and I still am waiting for delivery It has been a miserable experience for us .

    Picture quality: Superb Processing speed: Mediocre Can't get it to stream anything at 4K without stuttering.

    Called the day of install and said they didn’t have all the parts to do the install. Order was in for 3 weeks prior and the day of they didn’t know. Poor all around.

    Go Big — No Regrets

    Incredible value for an 85" Mini LED. The QD Mini LED picture quality punches well above its price point — deep blacks, vibrant colors, and the brightness is outstanding for HDR content. Google TV runs smooth and the interface is intuitive. Delivery and setup from Best Buy were seamless. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a big-screen cinematic experience without paying $3K+.

    Excellent Picture Mediocre Remote

    Overall, this is a really great TV for the money. The picture quality is incredibly crisp and bright. I enjoy how it can adjust to the light in the room from day to night. The only things that I wish were different are the awkwardness of the remote and the fact that as a Spectrum subscriber, I can’t get the spectrum app at this time.

    I recently set up the 85-inch TCL QM6K, and the experience has been absolutely incredible. At this size, it completely transforms the living room into a home theater. What genuinely surprised me the most is the image quality, specifically the incredibly deep black levels. It creates such a rich, high-contrast picture that makes movie nights spectacular. I wasn't expecting this level of premium visual performance, but I absolutely love it.
