Geek Squad has been horrible! The TV is fantastic!

Best Buy’s geek squad services was absolutely horrible for this transaction! The TV arrived damaged, but I didn’t have it installed until a couple of weeks after it arrived. Thankfully I had the total membership, because the return window expired ridiculously fast. Less than two weeks. Long story short, they scheduled the pickup/drop-off to the wrong address. I had to reschedule that one for another 7 days… I purchased this TV 9 Oct and it is Nov 21st and I still won’t have a fully functioning tv until 26 Nov… hopefully!! This has been horrible!

We sit about 10 feet away and have had no issues. we use a superbox for channels and we have found that certain station are fuzzy and make you motion sick, but it is the station, we find the same program on a different station or Peacock, and it works as intended.

Perfect for the man cave

Reviews looked great so ordered and got free delivery. The picture and volume is fantastic. Super happy with this purchase so far. Only had a month so hoping it continues.

I highly recommend it. In fact I’ve been a Sony man pretty much all my life and this goes up against any of my bra as well. I shouldn’t say any but the previous seven and the QM6K boy Don’t pass on this TV

Google TV runs smoothly, and setup was easy. The built-in sound is fine, but a soundbar makes it even better. My only minor gripe is it sometimes auto-switches to Dolby Vision. Overall, a great value for the price.
