Best buy staff was super helpful in clarification of the ridiculous naming and types of current tv tech. It seems as though a magnifactor is purposely.Create different varieties to conne consumers.And Best Buy brick and mortar stores.Help sift through that nonsense

Was not obvious until unboxing. The good news is that there were no issues associated with getting a replacement which was provided within a week and it works beautifully.

Best buy deceptive warranty practices
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This rating is not for the tv, but for best buys deceptive practices on their warranty plans. The store staff will tell you that GSP will cover accidental damage on your device screens, but geek squad customer service will tell you different. They will tell you that you need to have GSP with ADH for damage repair or replacement. My last tv screen broke, and while it was still under GSP, customer service stated that they couldn’t help because I didn’t have ADH (accidental damage from handling) with my GSP. I purchased this new TV online, with the option to purchase GSP, but no option to purchase a higher warranty tier like GSP with ADH. Best buy will require you to have a warranty tier to cover your damage device, but they don’t sell or offer that type of warranty tier.

You never get that pop on the picture especially watching during the day. At night not as bad. Sounds is really good though.
