    Absolutely love this tv for the price! The TV speakers aren’t very good, but I use an Arc Ultra so that’s not an issue for me.

    This rating is not for the tv, but for best buys deceptive practices on their warranty plans. The store staff will tell you that GSP will cover accidental damage on your device screens, but geek squad customer service will tell you different. They will tell you that you need to have GSP with ADH for damage repair or replacement. My last tv screen broke, and while it was still under GSP, customer service stated that they couldn’t help because I didn’t have ADH (accidental damage from handling) with my GSP. I purchased this new TV online, with the option to purchase GSP, but no option to purchase a higher warranty tier like GSP with ADH. Best buy will require you to have a warranty tier to cover your damage device, but they don’t sell or offer that type of warranty tier.
