Bad sales and installation experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My original goal was to just purchase this TV, but after talking to the sales clerk, I wound up purchasing the TV, a soundbar, and an in-wall cable concealer. When the installers arrived, they asked if I had a wall-mount bracket. I didn't, of course. The sales clerk never mentioned one, and in the flurry of the whole sales process, I didn't think to ask about one. Adding further insult to injury, it turned out the in-wall cable concealer he had me buy was the wrong one! So I had to buy a wall-mount bracket and the correct in-wall cable concealer on the spot, costing me another $300+ which I had to pay on the spot, even though they told me the refund on the incorrect in-wall concealer I bought would not be refunded for 5-8 days. All in all, a most disappointing and unexpected experience on installation day.

Almost perfect
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This tv is amazing I have a 77 lg c3 but hate the reflections it gets in my living room so I got this and let me tell you the dining is super good I use this tv to game on my pc 4k @ 144hz it’s almost perfect but……. After about a month it started getting tiny dark spots idk if it’s just a faulty unit or if it’s normal for these tvs I gotta call tcls customer support and the sound bumps bro the speakers are really good
