TCL knocked it out of the park when it comes to price/performance of this model. Great blacks, very minimum halo effect in low light, high refresh rate, anti reflective screen, etc. Checks every box I could ask in a TV anywhere close to the price.

This tv has such a sharp picture, it's the first thing everyone who's seen it comments on. Whether watching a game, movie or the news, it's a great experience. The sound is also terrific, no need for a sound bar for evryday viewing. The screen also does a great job in reducing glare. I'm extremely happy with this unit.

Excellent picture and anti glare. The cost of this tv is about the same as just the anti glare screen upgrade on similar Samsung tv. Very happy with my purchase so far.

Tv is huge, great quality. 85” it has a matte anti reflective screen which is perfected for the living room which has a lot of natural light. Had to buy a sound system though because TV speakers aren’t that great

This tv is huge! And the colors are so bright and picture quality is fantastic. Definitely a great purchase at a great price.

Did the research first. Since I'm not an A/V perfectionist, this checked all of the boxes for me. It was a toss-up between this and the 98" model, but after setting it up, 98" would have been too big for my room space, lol. Brightness: Worked well during daytime (has anti-glare screen), and had to turn it down since wife complained that it was too bright at night, lol. Contrast: Great! Still working on fine-tuning this. Sound: Good! Maxed out the bass and it sounds good. Since I have a dog that freaks out when I used to use an old 5.1 HT system, the TV's speakers are acceptable. Only thing I miss is having the peripheral sounds (i.e., bullets whizzing by, the fighting on the Fields of Pelennor all around me, etc.), but I'll upgrade that when I next get a bonus! Miscellaneous: Get a cabinet that is at least 74" inches. Found a table-mount set of iron legs on AXXzon that work great and elevate the TV for other rows of viewers (without having to wall mount it). There's also some pretty good floor mount legs (use "table mount TV stand" or "floor mount TV stand"). Conclusion: Great budget TV that punches way over it's price and is a buy for non A/V people (probably most of us out there who have budgets to keep in mind). Get it and thank me later!

Larger that life picture! Picture is so clear, you can count the hairs on the actors heads lol. So many features with every option you select :) Best TV we ever owned and the 85" screen is perfect with recliners set back at 10 feet ! Highly recommend !

We went from a samsung to a TCL and what an upgrade, great picture and sound. If you are a gamer its amazing with the fast refresh rate, and the 85" screen just looks great

Very nice tv works well and easy to install, picture quality excellent and the apps are really simple to setup.

I could not be more pleased with this TV. The size and picture are excellent. Radiant colors and sound, dark darks, and 4k are perfect. I am still amazed by this TV for this price and size. It was well protected in the box, so no damage upon receiving. Google based so it is easy to link your account and have multiple users' accounts on one TV. Very smart features including showing all your "continue watching" options on the home page despite their streaming service. This makes returning to a show easy and fast. It connected to my Insignia soundbar easily and interacts with Alexa. TV has an app so you can use your phone as a remote control. Much better than either of my Samsung TVs which were much more expensive.

I bought the TCL 85" QM6K (2025) and I'm very happy with it! The picture is really beautiful, with vibrant colors and deep blacks. The TV is huge, perfect for movies and gaming — it runs great with my console (supports 144Hz and is very fast).

Excellent picture! This TV has surpassed my expectations. The non glare screen is huge for well lit areas.

I purchased to TV to use for events and unfortunately ended up needing to return it. It was being setup in an environment that involved several other screens, and variety of cables and splitters. When I tried to hook it up, it was displaying an odd resolution status 1920x1085 and kept flashing on and off. A different Samsung TV hooked up to the exact same signal did not have this issue. I'm not sure if the TV was defective or just was more picky about the HDMI signal than the other Samsung tv. When I hooked it up directly to another laptop it worked fine and looked fantastic, but for my purposes, it was just not a good fit. I was really impressed with the brightness and color and also liked the way the matte display handled reflections. I didn't spend time using the Google TV features of this TV, but I do generally really like that OS from my use of multiple Google TV based streaming boxes. If you are buying this to use in your home, it would probably be great, but it just didn't work out well for my needs.

This is a beautiful TV. It fits my large theater room perfectly. Tv has a nice picture even in sunlight. The audio is pretty good for tv speakers. This is a really good purchase for the price. I would recommend this tv to others.

Purchased this 85 inch QM6K tv during the black friday sale. The tv is packaged properly to protect the unit. The unit was really easy to setup. It is very easy to download apps and it is very quick to load apps and shows. The picture for normal tv and movies was pretty good out of the box. I changed the settings that was recommended by website rtings.com. The picture is became great for normal tv and movies. I really look the internal sound even though I took it to a new level with a 5.1 surround sound system but I would have been happy with the speakers on the tv. Now the only negative I have is the picture during sports. I have not found anyway to get rid of the blurry picture during movement when watching sports. If the picture is not in motion, the picture is great but when there is motion it is blurry. Overall, I really like the tv but to be perfect the sports picture needs to be a step better.

Replaced my 75 inch Sharp TV with this TV and we were extremely satisfied, it is huge! Great picture and resolution. Remote is easy to work

The TCL QM6K series is a standout TV. Turing it on, it delivered an out of the the box experience with premium-level picture quality and fast performance, very pleasant to the eyes. With its QD Mini-LED technology, refined local dimming, and intuitive Google TV interface, it has made watching movies and sports a very enjoyable experience, The QM6K redefines entry-level, that really is not entry level! Highly recommend TCL!
