Amazing picture especially for rooms that have a lot of light. Definitely worth the money especially if you are looking for a large TV. I've never owned a TCL before but, highly satisfied with the pictures, sounds, and all the setting options this TV has compared to other brands I own.

I like this tv for its price and the quality it comes with pros: 144hz , Dark OLED PIXELS, high refresh rate, quick response, easy settings guide, honest review by an honest consumer. Cons: TV took forever to setup, Home screen has ADS from the TCL, Doesn’t support magic remote (One of my main reasons I really encourage saving the extra money for a Samsung or LG brand), and the remote is very flimsy, light, and overall seems cheaply made. ( The light part doesn’t bother me at all however it could’ve been built light but at least be created with more durability of quality materials, definitely not built to last)! Do better TCL I love your Televisions this is my second one in 6 years and the older ones remote was more durable with a decent layout of buttons.

Love the quality of this tv! One of the things that stood out to me is the Matte look. So no glare from windows at all

I am very happy with this TV. The picture, the brightness, and the clarity is very nice quality. Though I do have a sound bar, the speakers on the TV are loud enough to where I do not have a problem hearing the TV. Overall, I am very happy with this TV.

The product is fine the Customer Service is terrible. I bought a new TV but was given a used TX. When we opened the Taped not stapled box and hooked up the TV there was already someone logged into all of the apps on the TV. When calling cusomer service I was told I had to find away to bring an 86" inch TV back to the store myself and could not speak to a manager at the store to set up a return delivery. This was a gift to my husband for Christmas as very upsetting since we had to ask my daughter to pick up the TV with her Truck and now have to fine someone to help us return the TV.

Very big and the sound is amazing. Was kinda worried about the brand but we are satisfied with our purchase.

The matte screen is a game changer, especially on those curtains opened sunny kinda days! Zero glare! Don’t miss out and spend $3000 on a TV that gives you a little bit more specs! This TV is a winner and you won’t regret the investment!!

We just bought our first home. The bestbuy representatives were super helpful and explained the differences between OLED MINILED and the rest. We opted to buy the newer model that was on sale. Im also glad i was upsold on the bestbuy membership. This is an excellent TV i was able to get on sale, in my spare bedroom. Took all of five minutes to put the legs on and plug it in. The tv is reaponsive with a high refresh rate!

Does a very nice job in a room with a lot of light because of the matte finish of the screen and the picture was sharp with nice detail!

I bought this 85” TV after a lot of research. My living room has 6 large windows. The matte screen on this TV is ideal for daytime viewing because it neutralizes reflections. After a few adjustments, I was able to get an amazing picture. The only weakness is the sound, which was easily rectified by the addition of a soundbar. This 85” TV is humungous compared to the 65” LG it replaced, but after a few days it appears “normal” and makes me wish I bought the 98” version instead. I highly recommend this TV.

Picture quality is very smooth and colors look great. Apps are very smooth and don’t notice a lag like other tvs.

purchased this tv and compared to my qm7 it's a great addition to the house, the display itself is more matte but the colors are great. the colors are more natural and less saturated than the qm7 and the tv doesn't get quite as bright but unless you are in a really bright room the brightness is fine. The local dimming is great and the halo is less noticeable than the qm7. It has all the features you want for gaming as well with 2 hdmi inputs for 4k 120hz and vrr

The TV (the undamaged part) is amazing and that’s the only reason why I’m giving this review 5 stars. Best Buy’s geek squad services was absolutely horrible for this transaction! The TV arrived damaged, but I didn’t have it installed until a couple of weeks after it arrived. Thankfully I had the total membership, because the return window expired ridiculously fast. Less than two weeks. Long story short, they scheduled the pickup/drop-off to the wrong address. I had to reschedule that one for another 7 days… I purchased this TV 9 Oct and it is Nov 21st and I still won’t have a fully functioning tv until 26 Nov… hopefully!! This has been horrible!

Great TV and Piicture quality. Love the Large screen

This is the best bang-for-your-buck as far as TV's go right now (Dec 2025). Deep blacks with great local-dimming zones. If you can pick this up for ~$1,100 on sale you won't regret it. Other options below this price point don't offer the same level of picture quality, and you need to get into the $2500 range for better quality than this. Sound quality is OK, you'll want an external system. The 85" option offers 120Hz refresh rate.

One of the sales guys at Best Buy helped us and gave us lots of information on several tvs before we made our decision. The financing options were great as well with no interest. Also want to add that a week later the tv went on sale for a 100 dollars less and just received a check for that. We are happy with this purchase so far. Have always went with Samsung on all our tvs so was skeptical but as of now we think it’s an amazing tv for the price and will definitely consider TCL for future.

Good picture, good quality of sound. All the jacks are on the right side of the television. It's different than most Televisions
