    Picture is good, sound is decent, but the operating system is terrible. Apps take forver to load, videos will play the audio before the video, and then freak out when the video tries to start, and when watching a streaming movie the movies freezes for a brief moment and throws the audio off. It does it at least ever 5 or 10 minutes. This is the first tcl tv that i have had, which is like 4 now, that I've ever complained about ornhad issues with. If you buy a tcl, stick with the roku operating system, because the google system is not worth buying.
