85 inch tv, tv wall mount plus more.

Not only that, I was approved for $2500 a mediately. I am totally and completely satisfied with Best Buy and their way of doing business.

Arrived Damaged and no support from Best Buy

Best Buy delivered and when we turned it on excited to watch playoff football saw that it had been damaged during shipping. Called customer service but we’re out of luck. I just spent another $2500 on a canon lens and felt good about my purchases but now not so much. Will shop elsewhere now for electronics. The TV literally sat in the same spot Best Buy set it in until we opened the box.

All of our TVs and packing are designed to withstand the rigors of shipping, but sometimes things happen that are out of our control. We take great measures to ensure that the TVs we send out are in great working condition. With situations like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. Hope this helps!

Wast of money

Think 90’s dialup internet slow. Thats even to change the volume or trying to open an app. And it’s not my WiFi - I’ve checked and don’t have an issue anywhere else in my home. Nobody even wants to bother to try to watch anything in the living room anymore. We just watch tv in our rooms since it lags on EVERYTHING. If it wasn’t such a hassle to get my money back and return this thing - I would’ve done it the first day I got it.

Less than 2 weeks old and just wen out

Even say in the parking lot 4 2 hours past closing waiting on someone with a truck to come get it simce the store said i would void my warranty if i tilted it in order to fit it i. My suv. So, nice slow ride home secured in the bed of a truck. Now here we are 2 weeks later and the screen just went blank. No power no nothing. I better be able to trade it for a different brand or i will take my money elsewhere....and i will never buy another TLC again!

Delivered damaged

The TCL was damaged at delivery and the quality of this TV compared to the LG was extremely cheap.

you can't look at the images well

Bought this on a whim from a suggestion of a good friend. Best deal on a TV I’ve ever gotten and super glad I made the decision to pick it up. Not sure on sound quality as we use a sound bar and sub. If you’re thinking about it, get one.
