Fyi the installing/setup crew don't get into basement Or upstairs but only in lving/family room. The BB customer care is great in resolving open issues..(with our undelivered tv mount)

Nice Tv to buy. not sure if its worth paying full price when its Not on sale. unless you cant wait and in need for a tv. also, has a nice remote

Was not a fan of TCL stuff as I releated the brand with cheap or poor quality. WOW was I wrong! TCL has came along way!!! I highly recommend this TV, the quality is amazing!

It's the manager though that came over and help me with my order and he was good to me. I thank God for workers like that.

Delivery guys horrible service
