    Delivery was poor. They messed up the address so the driver could not locate the delivery address. Reschedule was more than a week later.

    I bought this TV, but it didn't work at all. Best Buy gave me a hard time, refusing to replace it, citing price increases. After picking it up since 5 days, they still haven't issued my refund. 800 # support was frustrating and unhelpful. Avoid this product.

    It stopped working after one month. I couldn't get it turn on after one month of using it. Do not buy this TV. How am I return a giant TV that is bigger than my car?

    I did not receive an owner’s manual in the box. I don’t know how to hang this TV. It shows me there’s no screws in the back.

      Hi AlexV,

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. This TCL TV comes with two feet with screws to secure them, a power cord, a remote, and a quick start guide. There are a total of 4 mounting holes. 2 of them may have screws in them, and should be removed. We recommend using the appropriate M8 screws that come in most mounting bracket screw kits. This TCL TV uses a 600mm x 500mm VESA mounting pattern. Hope this helps!

    When I turned on this 98″ Q55K TV for the first time, I was impressed. The massive screen immediately felt like I’d brought a movie theater into my living room. The QLED panel delivers sharp 4K detail, and colors look rich and vibrant — HDR content pops nicely thanks to support for Dolby Vision, HDR 10/10+ and HLG. Motion is smooth, even with fast-paced games or sports, because the panel supports a 144 Hz refresh rate. The built-in “smart TV” features, powered by Google TV, make streaming easy — all my apps were ready to go immediately, and navigation is snappy. Sound coming from the TV itself is decent for a built-in system, though it’s not “theater-quality.” Some scenes felt just a bit thin or tinny, so I ended up pairing it with external speakers for a fuller experience. Overall, with the size, picture quality, and smart features — this TV feels like a strong value. Despite a few minor trade-offs, I’m really pleased with how it performs.

    I purchased this for my friend Mark Mitchell and he is super happy about this TV! I know he can't wait to watch "Baddies and RHOA" on it. It's for his Master Suite, it's replacing his 75 inch.
