Poor customer service on delivery and Installation

Terrible customer service on the delivery and installation of my 98 inch TV. TV arrived outside window provided to me so I missed it on the first scheduled appointment. Then had to re-schedule both the installation and once delivery again which was not clear. Upon second delivery they delivered the TV but did not unbox it and just delivered a 98 inch TV leaving me with how to figure out how to unbox and dispose of the large box. Then turned out the installation services was not properly scheduled to occur along with the 2nd delivery window. I then had to follow up and reach out mulitple times to try and schedule the installation which could not occur for another week so I finally gave up giving the 2 week delay from when i bought the TV and just paid another company to install/mount the TV for me as well as I will pay another company to help me dispose of the large box.

Not what I expected

The refresh rate is too slow when watching a football game. I was told I could see the pass clearly and it’s just a blur. Not impressed with this one

Motherboard went out in a month

I really like the interface with Google TV, everything is smooth and visually appealing. The picture quality could be a little better but I’m not mad at it. I am, however, very dissatisfied that my big new TV fried the motherboard within a month. And after 2 months of dealing with TCL and whatever trash company they hired to do the repair, its finally fixed. Best Buy doesnt handle TCL products after 30 days post-purchase unless you pay for geek squad additional protection. Keep that in mind before purchasing, you WILL have to deal woth TCL directly. And I do not recommend.

Good price, but poor screen/picture quality

The screen/picture brightness was darker than we hoped for. It never looked that good. I would recommend another TV is screen/picture quality matters to you.

The worst experience with the customer service

TCL Quality Control Issue.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Talk the talk BUT didn’t walk the walk. Purchased a 98” TLC tv to be installed on Thanksgiving Eve. Todays 1/3/25 and tv is still not installed. Several reps and management could not explain why my appointment kept being rescheduled. No courtesy call or anything.

Dont get it delivered

Took almost a month to get my tv delivered. Took 2 days off from work and they never showed up or called. Whole thing was a headache. Its impossible speaking with customer service.

Worst Installation!
