What a buy! Get the TCL 7.1 soundbar too!

It comes in a huge shipping crate, needs 2 people to set up and it's amazing!! Great value for the $$$. TCL 7.1 sound bar completes the home cinema set up. NFL, 4K movies are quite the experience. Highly recommended IMHO for the money.

The size is wonderful for me cause I’m vision impaired and of course it’s awesome For my husband because, let’s face it, men love big screens!

MY NEW FAVORITE BRAND!

Even Best Buy’s Geek Squad that installed the tv were surprised on just how good the picture was. Nice backlit remote, sleek design and awesome picture. In my opinion it’s crazy to pay double or triple more. Excellent value. Very pleased.

Pleasantly Surprised
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I purchased this I intended to replace it as soon as the TCL QM8 was available. To my surprise, I was quite satisfied with the quality of this unit. When on a black screen, I do see that the black-level and evenness would be improved with local dimming zones, BUT, when watching content, I don't notice that the blacks could be darker. I'll be sticking with this unit for a while. Wait for the QM9 or 10.

Lags when casting from a phone

I sometimes cast from my phone directly to google. Whenever I do this, I get all kinds of lag. If I put a Chromecast on the TV, I get no lag at all. I looked it up on the Internet and there are other people complaining of the same thing. That is my only complaint about the TV.

Never got My TV..Horrible Delivery Service!

I was told i would get a phone call before thy arrived. I waited until 4pm and no one showed up so i called Best Buy and the agent i spoke to said that all installations have now been designated to a third party company. The dispatcher couldnt actual call the driver??? I was told to wait a bit longer. At 6pm i still hadnt received my tv and i called again. This time i was assured i was on the scheduled route and it would not take much longer. At 8pm i still hadnt gotten my tv and Best Buy says im the next stop. The stop before mine had 5 appliances and they were delayed. At 930pm i called and im told my delivery was CANCELLED???? My account could not be verified by the third party company. Really?? I called 4 times. How is that my fault? Best Buy you should handle your own installs! But according to your agent you decided to stop that in April! Still dont have my tv and im being told i have to wait another week to get a redelivery! Not acceptable! A New Low for Best Buy!!!!
