    Never got My TV..Horrible Delivery Service!

    Delivery/Installation was schedule for my tv on January 2nd from 11am-3pm. I was told i would get a phone call before thy arrived. I waited until 4pm and no one showed up so i called Best Buy and the agent i spoke to said that all installations have now been designated to a third party company. The dispatcher couldnt actual call the driver??? I was told to wait a bit longer. At 6pm i still hadnt received my tv and i called again. This time i was assured i was on the scheduled route and it would not take much longer. At 8pm i still hadnt gotten my tv and Best Buy says im the next stop. The stop before mine had 5 appliances and they were delayed. At 930pm i called and im told my delivery was CANCELLED???? My account could not be verified by the third party company. Really?? I called 4 times. How is that my fault? Best Buy you should handle your own installs! But according to your agent you decided to stop that in April! Still dont have my tv and im being told i have to wait another week to get a redelivery! Not acceptable! A New Low for Best Buy!!!!

    Very dark, poor picture

    The picture was absolute trash. The interface and remote were surprisingly good, but the only good things about the television. Salesperson at the store told me to buy this over an LG, later found out he likely worked for TCL. I had it replaced as soon as a new one could be delivered.

    Total rip-off.

    Processor failing with less than 30 days in home. Nothing but glitches and skipping picture. A complete rip-off. Do not buy. The disposal fee will be high and you’ll only get 3 months use. Best Buy should be ashamed to sell these.

    If i could give less i would.

    Ordered these tv to replace our ageing 55. Never recieved it, no email, no call, no text no anything. Customer service kept transfering us and yhen finally they tell us they have no clue what happened to the tv or our delievery team. That they also dont know how to contact the delivery team. Our window was originally 8-11 am then 4-7pm, then they tell us to call back another day and reschedule. First time best buy shopper and will recommend any store other than them.
