Great TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing TV, very bright and vibrant colors. The contrast is very good and the black level is pretty good even if it's not an OLED TV. For the price and the dimension it allows to forgive the small imperfections in the picture quality. When paired with a PS5 It allows to get immersed in the game and the game mode helps to get a very smooth gaming session. Very suggested to everyone who wants a huge screen and doesn't want to lose to much quality.

Happy Customer
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently upgraded to the 98" TCL TV, and it has been an absolute game changer for my home entertainment setup! Here's why: **Picture Quality:** The 4K UHD resolution is nothing short of breathtaking. Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the clarity is unparalleled. Whether I'm watching the latest blockbuster or streaming my favorite TV shows, the picture quality is consistently top-notch. **Sound:** The built-in speakers provide clear, immersive audio that truly enhances the viewing experience. With support for Dolby Atmos, it feels like I'm right in the middle of the action. **Smart Features:** The TCL TV comes with an intuitive, user-friendly interface. It’s powered by Roku, so accessing my streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ is a breeze. The voice control feature is incredibly convenient, making it easy to find and play content without needing to use the remote. **Design:** Despite its massive size, the TV has a sleek, modern design that looks great in my living room. The thin bezels and minimalist stand give it a premium feel. **Performance:** The TV's performance is seamless, with no lag or delay. It handles fast-moving scenes in sports and action movies effortlessly, thanks to its high refresh rate. **Value for Money:** Considering all the features and the exceptional quality, this TV offers fantastic value for money. It's a big investment, but it's worth every penny for the upgrade in home entertainment. Overall, the 98" TCL TV has exceeded all my expectations. It’s transformed my viewing experience into something truly cinematic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their home entertainment setup!

Wow, Amazing TV
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Replacing my 55” Samsung after just 2 years. This TCL’s 98-inch QM7 is an impressive TV with a stunning picture quality. The black levels are deep, though not quite at OLED level, but the overall display is vibrant and immersive. The backlit remote is a great touch, making it easy to use in low light. This TV is fantastic for watching movies, playing video games, and catching sports. I got it on sale for $2,456.99 making it an incredible value for the quality. Highly recommend—definitely worth it!

We love our TCL
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The TCL is spectacular! The whole family enjoys this 98" TV. It looks great from every seat in the house. It's also superb for watching in a dark room thanks to its perfect inky blacks and contrast ratio. My daughter's kids movies to any of our sports events in HDR look bright, crisp and incredible.

For the 80%
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV will impress 80% of you. Assuming you're coming from an "older" TV, you'll enjoy the colors, brightness, black level and wow factor of this display. Deservingly so, this TV has been labeled as the best "bang for your buck" winner for 2024. However, for the 20% of us that want the best, this TV won't cut it. It is noticeably worse than the QM8 for this year. The QM8 has better brightness, colors, black levels, reflection handling, and a glossy screen. The QM7 has a semi-gloss screen and to me, it doesn't look as good. So if you can do it, go for the QM8. But for the general 80% of consumers, the QM7 will be sure to impress!

As a former TV Calibrator, I love this TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love this TV 98QM751G. I replaced my 4 year old high end Sony LED and this TV blows it away. And the blacks are fantastic like everyone on youtube says, but you do need to adjust your Dynamic Contrast and Local Contrast settings to at least low to get them. Personally, I like Local Contrast-High and Dynamic Contrast-Low. Out of Box, if you set your Color Temp to -4 while in Movie Mode, that will get you closest to the correct 6500K grayscale. I used to calibrate TVs back in the day and still have my equipment, so -4 was the best setting on my display before i dialed it in perfectly using expert menu. I haven't paid attention to the audio because I use my home theater audio to watch everything. Based on video, I would highly recommend this TV given the price point and quality.

Amazing TV for the price
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is one of the best Mini LED TVs you can buy on a budget (I got the 98 in at 2.3k). The colors are vibrant, the black levels are great, but a couple of issues hold it back from getting 5 stars. First off, the sound is hot garbage. Like almost all TVs, you absolutely need a dedicated sound system if you're going to do it justice. The remote is great thanks to the backlight, but it's missing basic media controls like play/pause. Instead, 6 questionable app shortcuts take up the bottom half. The blooming levels on the 98 in are good for the most part, but the dimming zones absolutely breakdown in the corners, causing light bleed, but most users won't notice this in regular operation. I recieved a decent panel with minimal DSE, but since this is basically a lottery with any TV you get, your milage may vary. The biggest issue though is going to be the fact that 2025 is going to bring the new QM7 and even the QM6 series which are going to blow this out of the water in terms of performance or cost respectively.

Very satisfied.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Recently replaced my projector with this tv in the movie room at our house. we have a LG oled in the living room and the black level on this tv are very impressive. i expected to have some light bleeding not being an oled but to my surprise there is 0 light bleed on the tv in black screens. also love that it supports 144hz as i have my gaming pc also hooked up to it and can run games at the high refresh rate. Great tv when its on sale of 3000. You wont be disappointed. It does have a built in subwoofer but i do not use the built in sound due to having it hooked up to a receiver, so cant give a good review of the sound quality.

Tremendous value.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best bang for buck available. Primary liability is direct light reflections can be somewhat distracting. Took care of that with a smart bulb. Colors pop and blacks are deep.
