    Purchased 98” TCL tv with 7.1 TCL wireless soundbar including the best & most expensive Wall mount. Delivery date scheduled 1-26-25 was scheduled between 3pm - 6pm which I was ok with. The problem I had was at 4:45 pm I received a call from felt person with him telling me that the truck broke down and they will have too rescheduled when I ask what would be new delivery date he told me Wednesday I said ok this Wednesday he said no next Wednesday “let me remind you Tuesday was expected delivery date, I called corporate including the call center with no help whatever . I paid total of $3,200,00 Also paid $50 to the member ship and this is Loyalty they are giving me, buyers beware buyers beware, if I purchase from amazon it would’ve been here already, just remember buyers beware !!!
