    Good price, but a defective TV that needed swap

    Loved Size and picture was OK, but had to return TV....Instead, swapped for the upgraded M8 where I hope for no problem. This one had some weird defect from Day 1 where and audible hum was present and louder whenever the screen brightened. Consulted with Geek Squad Techs and they stated it's nothing fixable rather likely a defective internal fan. They Best Buy would have swapped the model but I took the opportunity to upgrade.

    I purchased a QM7 98” tv in January 2025. First, im disappointed in Best Buy and wonder how they aren’t the second coming of Circuit City yet. Why do they insist on having every tv in the store set up on a high def, 4K, boosted feed?! Of course every tv looks great in fhe store! Duh! They provide no purpose in today’s Amazon driven world. Regarding the TCL TV, once it was home and being fed a YouTubeTV connection, the picture was garbage. Out if the box, the picture is ‘bleeched’ or ‘white-washed’. Played with the settings for days and still couldnt get a picture I felt was worth $3,000. I even purchased settings off some random person on YouTube for $5 that was supposedly going to make the picture ‘brilliant’…yet it far from brilliant. The color became too flooded and when there was a wide-screen shot of a football field or a basketball court, everything was blurry. Truth is, I don’t know if it was due to QLED vs OLED (that I’m used to or what), but ultimately, I could not take it. I returned the tv and went with a SONY for another $3,000. Haven’t gotten the SONY yet but wasnt happy it is a 2023 model - again, Best Buy being pretty much a useless entity!

    I bought this thinking that I was gonna be impressed with the micro LED technology. I was very disappointed. I upgraded to the Sony 98 inch and it was worth every penny.

    Customer service is absolutely horrible, they dropped my TV when it was delivered. They rescheduled my installation appointment without telling me. I will never buy anything from them again.

    The TV never came because Best Buy canceled the scheduled delivery twice. When we called, the response was indifferent.
