TV is amazing. The nightmare began with getting delivery and install. Twice the third party company cancelled my delivery and install, only after waiting 10 plus hours for them. Then went into store to see what is going on, they promised me a date with local geek squad, but that somehow got "cancelled" and 3rd party tried again. Nothing. Finally local geek squad came and installed it, a full month later. They did a great job but beat buy needs to do better and honestly as rude and unprofessional the 3rd parties are, should axe them and have geek squad do everything. As it is, I doubt I'll buy anything that requires delivery and set up again from beat buy

This TV is beyond expectations! Highly recommend. I was not sure how big it would be but it is a big boy and it is amazing to watch. The family loves it

The new 98" TCL tv is amazing, the color quality and the features are great. I used the Geek squad for the installation in addition to havong the tv delivered. They provided excellent servcie and did a wonderful installation.

Perfect picture. Just right for my large living room. Easy to navigate between apps.

Exellent picture rivals some oleds that ive seen. Slight glare during the day that i remedied by putting tint on windows. My family looks forward to movie night's. Very happy with purchase.

98in QM7K is awesome!!! Gaming on xbox series x is wicked good. All in all...150% satisfied!! Thank you God bestbuy and TCL!!!

Love how big the tv is. Prior to this, i was using an 65in oled. Nothing can beat oled currently but the qm7k wont make you regret the purchase. I gave it 4.stars cause the colors do shift a little bit when watching on the sides. And built in audio isnt the best. I had to purchase a 5.1.2 audio setup. Overall its good enough to replace an oled without much complaints

I am moving from a 77 inch Sony OLED tv, which was great, but a little dark in a bright room. This new TCL mini-LED is much brighter, and almost as sharp. Side viewing angle is excellent. The price dropped $800 the week after I purchased, and Best Buy gladly processed a refund on the difference.

Having a household (actually 3 other large screens) of LG, Sony, and Samsung the 98inch TCL was in “tough company”. Clarity and sharp bright picture no problem but depth of color not quite as good and any of the 3 mentioned. I am ok with technology so I spent more than a few hour on-line with suggestion for picture settings. I’m comfortable now that I have it as best as can be expected. Very good picture quality but noticeably short of the Samsung S90C on a wall nearby. Overall I’m fine and would recommend it versus the comparable Samsung which is an edge lite TV I had no interest in

This is a tremendous TV value. It has a picture that rivals other TVs at twice the price. I bought it on the July 4th Black Friday sale and I couldn't be happier. I appreciate the Best Buy staff for their advice and assistance.

Great color accuracy and refresh rate is not only great for gaming but also really nice for action movies/tv shows and sports. MSRP is always high but definitely worth if you are able to purchase when on sale.

Nice picture, layout of the apps takes getting used to. YouTube tv freezes when playing on the tv even though it is hard wired CAT6 cable. I use the Apple TV box for smooth picture

Hands down the best set I have owned. And I am coming from a Samsung 77 oled. TCL is working some black magic here.

Personally i thing this tv is too big, but we got it for the kids to play games and watch sport, the picture quality is amazing, and the color are bright, it make my living room look great.
