    TCL is a great tv and value. You can definitely get a more expensive tv but for the price can’t be beat.

    This is a very good large size TV for its price. It is very bright. In fact I had to tone down the brightness even in a bright room.

    Customer service horrible, missed appointments on there end, no rescheduling on there part till I call in weeks later, they have always damaged something or forgot something and have to reschedule. No one available to explain my concerns because the person you call in customer service is from another country and the managers at Best Buy state they don’t handle they have no knowledge of the prior complains or just are not helpful so pretty much your left with whatever. Last year I will be total tech after that I am no longer renewing. Not worth the hassle the staff and workers put you through no matter if your total tech.

    The whites are almost yellow, it’s better than the qm8k though which is a over saturated display and does not get anywhere close to 5,000 nits

    Dead pixel problem after a month

    After 30 days, I had a pixel turn red on my set. I called TCL customer support and after 30 minutes on the phone running tests on my new tv, I was referred to email warranty service which I did. Their response was that the tv was made to specifications and referred my back to Best Buy for more service options. This is my first and last TCL tv. I have bought over 10 Samsung and Sony tvs and never had a dead pixel. Buyer beware of TCL and the lack of quality and customer support.

    Never bought the TV because we told the store that it had to be delivered by a certain date. When we ordered the TV the delivery date was set and it was a good date. 3 days later they changed the delivery date to something that was much later. We cancelled the order.

    Still Waiting for Delivery

    Can’t review as I am still waiting on delivery of television. Bought on July 12th. Two deliveries have been cancelled by Best Buy and then told it would be delivered on 9/9/25, fingers crossed!! Had to miss 2 days of work for deliveries that were not delivered. Now I will have to take a 3rd day, that’s if the store doesn’t cancel the delivery again. Had to do a rating but this is for Best Buy, not the product.

    2 months and still not installed

    Might be great tv but can’t tell been 2 months and still getting put off on install. I guess other people have emergencies or at least that’s what they tell me when they don’t show up for appointment

    Terrible choice! Yes its big but doesnt look good at all as it does in the store. I had mine installed by Best Buy and returned it immediately switching to an LG 83 inch and it looks great@

    Set it up as a conference room TV. Its is great. Bright, high contrast, awesome sound built in. Much better over all then our last 70 inch Samsung. We hired someone to mount it as its so unwieldy. Also the box did not fit in the elevator and Best Buy would not bring it up the stairs so 3 of my co workers helped me. But overall it's a solid buy so far. Way less than the QLED Samsung I looked at and this is MicroLED so even better.

    This tv is a great tv. The colors blow me away everytime I turn it on. The apps are easy to work.If you to buy a super tv, this one will be your Huckleberry. I even have neighbor even stoping in the apartment complex watch my one. Asking questions about this TV.

    I have only had this TV about 3-1/2 weeks, but so far I love it. Picture quality is outstanding. I was a little worried about the resolution on such a large screen, but no problem there. Sound is very good for integral TV components. Best Buy crew did an excellent job of delivery and setup.

    We initially bought the QM6k, then a week later the QM7k dropped in price. So we exchanged with no hassle. Best Buy delivered the 7 and picked up the 6. We definitely saw the difference in picture quality. THE QM7K has a better picture and the price point was great. So far so good!

    The TV is great, bright, and has good quality. It's not like OLED but still good. You'll need a soundbar because it has very poor sound.
