After going through various tv options, this truly is the best purchase I have made The tv gets as bright as the G5 but for a fraction of the cost I get 98 inches plus great colors and image quality Amazing delivery and install by Santiago and Tony

Amazing TV. Best Non-Oled Ive ever seen. at the 98in size the only issue is viewing angles, ensure your close to the center sweet spot and everything looks amazing. so far after 3 months no buzzing issue in my panel which is great. Highly recommend for a TV at this size and Price.

Amazing TV for the price. Has great contrast which looks good in both day and night. Colors are little off but can be perfected through little calibration. The 98 inch size makes you feel immersed in content.

Originally, I thought about getting the 6k series but after doing research I decided on an 8k. Best Buy had the most competitive price. Great experience!

I upgraded to this one after purchasing the QM7K. This was well worth the added cost. Completely happy with my purchase. If mounting on the wall, get a sound bar.

Great TV, huge size and great value. This was one of the few 98" TVs to fit within a cabinet. I was deciding between this and a 97" OLED that cost over 20k. So Glad I went with the TCL which is a brand I ordinarily would not have considered.

Love this TV. Amazing picture and very good sound. Very good in bright rooms too. Great viewing angle and very easy to set up out of the box.

I did a lot of research before buying this TV. I want to love this TV, but right now, the jury is still out. Absolutely love the picture but from day 1, my unit has had an audible "hum" that varies in loudness based on the brightness of whatever is being shown on screen. It is not related to the specific input or audio settings but emits from the unit itself (not the speakers). It is very noticeable (and fatiguing) when navigating menus and with Dolby Vision / vivid sources. I noticed it within 10 minutes of using the TV for the 1st time. I researched on the internet and it seems to be a known issue with some units. TCL is coming to fix the TV under warranty - hopefully, they will be able to fix this fatal flaw as I otherwise love the picture. I will try to update this review after the fix. Until this is fixed, I can't recommend at this point as this is not appropriate for any TV (much less a TV at this price point).

Great value for the combination of features, picture quality, and size

so far, so amazing. crisp picture. simple UI. and it feels a lot bigger than 98 inches. I didnt even mention the tremendous value

This purchase was a great experience from selection to the installation. I chose the QM8K for the dynamic picture and TV size provided a at the movie like experience at home. Best Buy's delivery & installation was fantastic the installer was very professional as well as the sales representative. I highly recommend the TCL QM8K

This TV has amazing colors and brightness. I have two other LG OLEDs and I was actually shocked at how close this gets to the depth and sharpness of them. The 98" size really helps with immersion and I would most definitely purchase again.

Ordered a 98” TV on August 31st from the Tulsa Hills Best Buy. It wasn’t in stock when I ordered it, but I received a notification saying it was ready for pickup. So I drove an hour and a half to the store — and you don’t just throw a 98” TV in the backseat. You need a trailer or a serious vehicle. I lined everything up and made the trip. Got there and was told… it wasn’t there. It was “on backorder.” I tried calling before making the drive. Good luck with that. It is literally impossible to get anyone on the phone at this store. So I wasted three hours round trip for absolutely nothing. Then the waiting game started. The app kept giving me dates. The dates would come… then magically get pushed back. Over and over and over. I called every other day — no answer. I drove up there multiple times — “not in yet.” Every time. I was promised multiple times by different sales reps and managers that when it came in they would call me and “make it right.” That never happened. Not once. Zero follow-up. Zero accountability. Just excuses. By December — months later — after being completely jerked around, I gave up and bought a cheap TV. I never got the TV I ordered. The TV I waited for. The TV they told me was coming. This is hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. Empty promises. No communication. No effort. Do not shop at the Tulsa Hills Best Buy unless you enjoy wasting time and being lied to.
