    Good value for money , however my panel has significant dirty screen effect. I decided to keep it because dont want to play the panel lottery however I think they pass quality control with this significant DSE because of the price point.

    Pic not as stunning as 8year hinsense tv that only has 60 hz color saturation bland hd 4k player so dark cant see movie's clearly when they play at night plagued by hdmi signals lost on all port's ordered replacement tv

    TV is pretty reflective. Large and good price point. It has already gave me power on issues twice, not sure about the reliablity of this TV.

    They said If there’s any scratches or issues to scan a QR code on a paper they gave me and they will pick it up for a return. There were some scratches on the screen and it was an open box excellent quality. QR code didn’t work and the outlet location doesn’t have a phone number. When I stopped in to a local Best Buy to ask if there was another form of communication I could use they gave me the managers email for the outlet location where I got the TV an hour away. They never emailed me back, I stopped into my local Best Buy again they said my only option is to drive up there and ask if I can still return it which was doubtful because the window had passed while waiting for emails back from the manager.
